- When can I fly with Oriental Ballooning? The peak season in Bagan for Balloons over Bagan is from 1st of October 2022 to 10th of April 2023. - How long do I need to allow for a balloon flight? From pick up at your hotel, to returning you there, takes approximately 3 to 4 hours. Tripods will only be flown if they are small and lightweight.
