    The purpose of this site is allowed to use to obtain information about offers and travel programs Myanmarvels Travel Agency, promoted destination information, newsletter subscription, purchase products of Myanmarvels Travel Agency reservations or e-mail. Any use for other purposes than it is not allowed.

    The copyright for information on this site is owned by Myanmarvels Travel Agency or affiliates. No material on this site may not be reproduced, or altered without prior explicit, written agreement of Myanmarvels Travel Agency or affiliates.     3. Tours & Bookings

    Attendant group can modify the circuit program on the day, including the order in which sites are visited, according to certain objective conditions (weather conditions, etc.), without affecting the overall structure of the program.Myanmarvels Travel Agency is not responsible for any changes in flight schedule days or operated by airlines nor for any program changes that occurred because of this.

    Our Agency can not be held responsible for changing tourism program, when it is due to reasons of force majeure or circumstances on which any agency or service providers they could not foresee or prevent (air traffic delays, changes or airport program due to political movements, strikes, natural disasters, etc.). In these cases, Myanmarvels Travel Agency will make every effort to overcome occurred, but can not be held liable for any additional costs involved.

    Myanmarvels Travel Agency is not responsible for situations where customs or airport authorities denied boarding tourists or not grant him leave to enter or exit a country and not be attributed Agency amounts generated by this situation. Myanmarvels Travel Agency can not be held liable for loss of baggage or personal effects of tourists (for whatever reason).

    4. Deposits and Payment

    Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers.

    We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a method of payment. After full payment, the conditions of the contract with your Supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. If we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full.

    5. Payment of Tour Fare

    The Tour Fare shall be paid no later than the 21th day prior to the eve of the departure date. When application is made on or after the 21th day prior to the eve of the day the tour starts, the tour fare shall be paid before departure by a date designated by the Company. Even when the client and the Company do not enter into the correspondence contract stipulated, if the client is a member of the Company’s affiliated credit company and consents to pay for the itinerary by credit card, The Company shall charge the client’s credit card for tour fares (inclusive of tour deposits and additional charges), any cancellation charge or non-fulfillment fee  and additional charges and handling fees stipulated  even without a signature. In the absence of any request from the client, the card will be charged on the date the client accepts the itinerary.

    6. If You Cancel Your Booking

    If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. We need to receive from you your original voucher before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.

    Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Supplier(s). Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund.

    If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.

    7. Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements

    It is your responsibility to fulfil  the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

    8. Insurance

    Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. Travel insurance is a mandatory element of some travel arrangements. We may be able to arrange travel insurance to be provided to you, furnish you a quote, and answer any queries you may have regarding the insurance.

    9. Included in the Tour Fare

    The following may eventually include items unrelated to the tours you choose. Please note that the items included in the tour fare are only those as specified in the itinerary. In principle, the Company will not make refunds for the below fare even if clients choose not to use the relevant services.

    Hotel RoomsRooms with private bath on a twin room basis (two-in-a-room) at the hotels specified in each itinerary. A client traveling alone is requested to book a single room for tours including accommodations. For single room occupancy by choice or circumstances, extra charges will be required as shown in the respective column in each itinerary. Triple room may be provided as a twin room with one extra bed added. Japanese or Japanese-Western style rooms with private bath at ryokan(Japanese inns). Japanese style rooms with communal bath at Shukubo at Koyasan.
    MealsOnly the meals specified in each itinerary
    WaterPurified water 0.5 ml (2) bottle & (2) wet towels on sightseeing day only
    24H local Assistance Our personal assistance
    Entry & Zone feesEntries to the main sightseeing sites as per each tour.
    Sightseeing& ExcursionsBy sedan, van, taxi, motorcoach and/or sightseeing boat on a seat-sharing basis, plus admission fees to temples, shrines, museums, etc mentioned in each itinerary. A minibus, sedan or taxi may be used when the total number of participants is limited. Seat-sharing sightseeing tours for Japanese tourists are used for some tours.
    TransfersBy motorcoach on a seat-sharing basis. A sedan, van or taxi may be used when the total number of participants is small.
    BaggageThe transfer and handing of one piece of normal sized baggage (up to 50cm x 60cm x 120cm) per person, including redcap fees, where specified in the itinerary. However, at certain times and places this service is not included owing to limited baggage capacity on trains and/or ships and the unavailability of porters at stations, hotels and/or airports.
    Guide ServicesEnglish-speaking guide Service is listed under the “Guide Service” column for each tour.
    GratuitiesGratuities to hotel workers, porters and chauffeurs.
    TaxConsumption Tax.
    AirlinesEconomy-class seats for tours including domestic flights.

     

     

    10. Not Included in the Tour Fare

    Charges and expenses other than those specified in the preceding Article 7, such as:

    • Laundry, telephone, additional meals and drinks, and any other expenses of personal nature.
    • Myanmar Visa fee – US$ 50.

    • Airport departure taxes.
    • Travel, health insurance Video and camera fees.

    • Personal purchase & services.

    • Any beverages & extra foods.

    • End of trip gratitude for driver, boatmen, hotels, restaurants, and local guide.

    • Excess baggage.
    • Medical expenses for injuries and illness.
    • Travel and accommodation costs between arrival/departure and the start and end points of the itinerary.
    • Compulsory Dinner ( Christmas Eve Dinner & New Year Eve Dinner ).

    • Balloon Over Bagan.

    • Any other items not mentioned in the program.

    11. Additional Fares

    The additional fares are required for following arrangements

    • Additional charges for “Upgrade Plans” to upgraded hotels or class of room.
    • Additional charges for changing from a “Plan Without Meals” to a “Plan With Meals”.
    • Additional charges for “Hotel Extension Plan” to extend the staying period.
    • Surcharges to upgrade airline classes.
    • Other additional charges as specified in pamphlets and other material.
